A: We usually use T/T, need 30% advance payment, 70% paid against copy of B/L, also can contact us to discuss other ways.

Q: Can I customize the labels with my own design?
A: Yes, you just need to send us your design drawing.

Q: How do you control the quality?
A: Quality comes first. We inspect each batch of products at least three times from production to delivery. Our factory has obtained various certifications including ISO.

Q: How about the delivery term?
A: We usually promise to deliver within 30 days after order confirmation, and in special cases, within 30-45 days， We take photos of every stage of the process and can send them to you. Before we ship the container, you will have photos and lab test results.。
